While George Steller is exploring in Aleutian island he discovered an sea cow with Vitus Bering in 1741.Steller’s sea cow grows as large as 35 foot long and weigh three and a half tons. Some sailors ate their meats and use their skin as leather. So they were easily killed and vanished from their only home for just 30 years after Steller discover them.
